Application & Reporting Process

New applicants whose work strongly aligns with the Isora Foundation's approach and grantmaking priorities are encouraged to submit a Letter of Inquiry by February 1. The Letter of Inquiry form can be accessed here. If you need assistance with this form, email or call 612-328-9924.

Upon review of the Letters of Inquiry, select organizations will be invited to submit a full proposal by April 1. The application review process will include a site visit or phone conference with a board member.

Returning applicants must submit a grant application and a final report on its most recent grant from the Isora Foundation to receive funding consideration. Application materials will be due on April 1 and failure to submit either the final report or the grant application will disqualify the returning applicant from consideration. The Foundation will send eligible returning applicants links to both the final report form and the grant application form. The application review process may include a site visit or phone conference with a board member. Questions about the reporting and renewal process can be directed to or 612-328-9924.

Grant awards will be made on or before June 30.

Please be aware that the Isora Foundation will not fund:
